Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Chicago. This is an opportunity to work with a firm that has built its reputation on fighting for injured individuals and maximizing recovery in complex, high-stakes cases. You will represent individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence, handling cases from intake through resolution. You will work on a wide range of matters including: Motor vehicle and trucking accidents Slip and fall / premises liability Workplace and third-party injury claims Medical malpractice Product liability and complex injury cases Our team works closely with medical experts, investigators, and accident reconstruction professionals to build strong, evidence-driven cases. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from pre-suit through litigation Conduct case investigations, develop liability theories, and assess damages Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Work with expert witnesses and prepare cases for trial Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Provide clear, consistent communication to clients throughout the case lifecycle Ideal Fit Licensed to practice in IL.
