Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related major, strongly preferred. Series 7, 63 & 65, or 66 and insurance licenses, or an interest in obtaining them within a reasonable timeframe, preferred. Financial Services Industry experience preferred. CRM and MS Office Suite experience preferred. Responsibilities Work with the local team’s administrative assistants and supervise the client service function of the personal financial planning team. Interact with the team’s financial planning and wealth management clients on a day‑to‑day basis, scheduling meetings, responding to issues, and handling requests. Periodically meet with clients on a team basis with one of the firm’s financial advisors or senior financial advisors. Correspond regularly with clients, home office staff, broker‑dealer and custodian representatives on a range of team management and client service matters. Assist with the production of comprehensive financial plans. Assist with the production of investment management proposals.
