About This Position The Staffing Specialist plans, schedules, adjusts and allocates 24 hour nursing unit team member coverage for designated nursing area. Functions as a resource person to managers and team members for the areas assigned Requirements Education High School graduate or equivalent required. Experience Home Health - 2 years of previous clerical experience preferred Hospital Staffing Office - 2 years clerical experience preferred Ability to work with computer programs. Ability to handle multiple phone lines.
