As an LVN, you will work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families to deliver optimal individualized nursing care.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individualized patient assessments and developing personalized care plans
• Performing treatments and administering medications as ordered by physicians
• Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and progress
• Participating in emergency resuscitation measures and responding to emergency situations
• Maintaining confidentiality and providing care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner
• Assisting in the orientation of new personnel and participating in staff education
• Adhering to safety and infection control standards
• Wearing Caribbean Blue scrubs as part of the facility's dress code

Requirements for this position include:

• Current CA LVN license
• Current BLS level CPR certification
• Strong assessment skills and ability to handle emergency situations
• Good physical health and stamina
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Need 1 year experience in setting
