At The Tot Spot , we’re flipping the script. We’re seeking a Licensed State Teacher for our Pre-K Classroom who’s done with standardized burnout and ready to build meaningful, magical early learning experiences.

️‍ Your Day-to-Day:

Lead a vibrant, structured Pre-K classroom that blends learning and laughter
Design hands-on, age-appropriate lessons and activities
Track student development and prep them for Kindergarten readiness
Build strong relationships with families and teammates
Collaborate with other educators to keep our center top-tier

Requirements:

Valid Indiana teaching license (Early Childhood or Elementary Ed preferred)
A passion for helping children grow socially, emotionally, and academically
Experience in a preschool or early learning environment (preferred)
Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-focused mindset
