Azure Production Support Engineer

Providing operational support for a critical enterprise application, the full-time remote Azure Production Support Engineer will maintain system availability, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application stability in a cloud environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day production support for applications running in Azure Monitor system health, performance, and availability using Azure monitoring tools Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, outages, and performance issues Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Virtual Machines, App Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills Understanding of VNets, subnets, and networking fundamentals Experience with Azure Security Center and key management practices
