Job Description

Growing Claremore company looking for a Call Center Manager

Shift: Day shift, Monday - Friday

Pay: $22.00+ per hour paid weekly on Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain staffing levels, schedule coverage, and ensure call center readiness.
Lead, coach, and develop CSRs to meet performance standards and KPIs.
Create operational excellence by maintaining inbound and outbound call performance, standards and expectations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth process throughout the day.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of call center leadership experience (home services preferred).
Strong understanding of booking rates, call flow, and customer experience best practices.
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency with call center software, scheduling systems, and CRM platforms.
High level of organization, accountability, and follow-through.

Must be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen.
