Shift hours scheduled between 3:00pm and 2:00am Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Follow safe food service protocols in accordance with Health Department standards Deliver inventory and supplies to the bar area Remove used glasses, bottles, dishes, and tableware Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area Assist bartenders with any tasks as needed Restock bar supplies as needed Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Provide excellent customer service to guests Minimum Qualifications CA ABC Responsible Beverage Server certification CA Food Handler certification Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items (dishes, tubs, etc.) Previous restaurant experience strongly preferred Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively Strong English language skills preferred, bilingual a plus Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required Excellent customer service to treat patrons like family Ability to read menus, safety documents, and other work-related documents Demonstrated desire to become a bartender The Little Room is dedicated to fostering a fair and inclusive work environment for all employees and applicants.
