Title: Human Resources Manager- Central Valley Region

Job Duties: The Human Resources Manager reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources supports the development implementation maintenance and monitoring of the following major areas: employee relations investigations complaints employment disputes leaves of absences and compliance with labor laws.

Location: This position will be in a Hybrid work environment remote with weekly visits to assigned campuses occasional travel outside area.

Schedule: Full-Time

Qualifications:

1. Must have a bachelors degree in HR Business or similar applicable field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist/ Employee Relations.
3. A basic understanding of laws applicable to California employers including but not limited to wage and hour harassment discrimination and protected absences.
4. HR Certification preferred.
5. Investigation Certification preferred.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidates skills experience licensure and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$110000 - $140000 USD
