Maintenance Mechanic

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and prevent equipment failures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and safety protocols. Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus. Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
