Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:
- We want someone who is excited to work at the forefront of AI products.
- We value experience building reliable, maintainable, and secure systems that can scale.
- We look for strong initiative and the ability to drive outcomes in a highly autonomous environment.
- We need at least 4 years of hands-on experience building production systems.
- We require a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- It is a plus to have experience building developer platforms or SDKs.
- It is a plus to have experience working with distributed systems.
- It is a plus to have experience building AI-powered products.
- It is a plus to have leadership experience on technical projects.
- Build our platform primitives that support how agents are created, orchestrated, and deployed.
- Design the foundations of agent development, including runtime systems, developer tooling, and internal infrastructure.
- Create tools and workflows that help engineers build and launch agents more quickly across our company.
