Facilities Maintenance TechnicianThis entry-level Facilities Maintenance Technician role offers the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians while supporting the maintenance and repair of office, retail, and industrial buildings.Responsibilities:Perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs on office, retail, and industrial buildings under supervision.Perform preventative maintenance on building systems to ensure reliable operation.Carry out basic troubleshooting of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components, as appropriate to skill level.Participate in a rotating schedule to provide 24/7 emergency building support once training and onboarding are complete.Use basic hand tools and specialized tools safely and correctly for maintenance and repair tasks.Essential Skills:At least 1+ years of maintenance experience, or equivalent hands-on exposure in a related setting.Basic experience or familiarity with building maintenance disciplines such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical repair.Ability to use basic hand tools and learn to use specialized tools safely and effectively.Reliability and strong work ethic, including the ability to respond to maintenance requests and support a rotating emergency schedule.Why Work Here?You will join a supportive team that invests in your development through hands-on training with experienced technicians and a strong focus on customer service.
