Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Active State RN License in West Virginia
• Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice experience
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Ability to work effectively in OR environments, including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, and cardiac procedures
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
• Flexibility to work varied shift schedules, including 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p, with availability for weekends (though not exclusively)
• Ability to work in inpatient and outpatient settings with patients of all ages

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in ambulatory surgery centers
• Prior experience in hospital or multi-site anesthesia practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Graduate degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN)
• At least 2 years of recent anesthesia practice in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Experience with multiple surgical specialties

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 5-8 or 4-10 hour shifts, including night shifts (7p-7a)
• Must complete credentialing within 60-90 days of start date
• No call shifts required, with flexibility for weekend work (partial/weekend-only options available)
• Compensation: $205.14/hour, all-inclusive (covering travel, OT, holidays, and other reimbursements where applicable)
