• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces to ensure a healthy workplace.
• Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning schedules.
• Adhere to ServiceMaster's quality standards and client specifications.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent time management skills and reliability.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
