Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) - Autism

Responsibilities The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides clinical knowledge, leadership, feedback, insights and instructions to promote the success of each client case. Your assigned client families experience a consistent high quality clinical practice, impactful client progress and customer satisfaction with Intercare services. Provide direct services to clients, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), oversight of assigned client cases, and consultation for other Clinical Supervisors. Maintain an average of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours per week, 110 hours per month). Deliver quality clinical supervision in accordance with BACB standards, ensuring treatment integrity across clients, settings and funding sources. Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS‑R, AFLS, VB‑MAPP) to develop and evaluate individualized treatment recommendations and objectives. Conduct Functional Behavioral Analyses to develop function‑based treatments. Supervise and document work for RBTs, BCaBAs and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB standards. Assess skills and provide feedback via Performance Management metrics to other clinical team members. Provide training (Behavior Skills Training) to teachers, technicians, parents and others. Collaborate with school personnel by conducting student observations, providing written programming and ongoing support when authorized. Provide oversight, feedback, mentoring and encouragement to train Program Managers and Interventionists. Qualifications Strong ABA and clinical skills. Clear language, accurate grammar and spelling. Ability to allocate the workday between billable hours and non‑billable hours, onsite (direct) and in‑office (indirect) supervision hours. Excellent team‑player attitude and customer service orientation. Bilingual skills valued; Spanish preferred. Experience or knowledge in behavior analysis, autism, social learning, social skills, developmental conditions, psychology, sociology, social services, children, ABA, applied behavior analysis or BCBA.
