About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to take on a pivotal role in leading the product strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the company's vision into actionable roadmaps and ensuring the delivery of products that meet the needs of a fast-growing market. This hands-on leadership position requires a deep understanding of the industry and core user segments, as well as the ability to prioritize and make strategic decisions that align with business outcomes. The VP of Product will also be instrumental in fostering a collaborative team culture, coaching team members, and representing the product function in company-wide planning. Applicants for the VP of Product role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B SaaS product roles, with a proven track record of leading product teams and driving product success. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar high-growth environment, particularly in the last-mile delivery or logistics sector. Key responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, leading cross-functional planning, and connecting product success metrics to company metrics. The role demands a leader who is analytical, data-driven, and adept at making roadmap decisions based on a combination of customer evidence, usage data, and business impact. The VP of Product will also be expected to have a strong background in UX and design, and to have directly managed and developed product management, design, and user research teams.
