I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. I've been with State Farm since 1999, building my career in operations and management before opening my own agency. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation for leading a team and providing exceptional service to our customers. Giving back to the community is important to our agency. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
