JOB SUMMARY

The Health and Wellness Collaborative Coordinator serves as the liason between Pasco County Schools, Community Partnership Schools, and local wellness partners to expand access to resources that support student well-being. This position coordinates partnerships, wellness initiatives, and community engagement efforts to address student and family needs. The coordinator also supports district attendance and truancy prevention efforts by connecting families with appropriate services and supports.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in the field of Education, or related field that aligns with area of assignment Training or experience in administration of instructional, instructional support programs, or experience that aligns with area of assignment Three years’ related professional experience in the area of assignment OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS

Valid Florida Educator Certification or licensure that aligns with the area of assignment or equivalent leadership training, licensure, or experience as required Pasco County Schools utilizes the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse for fingerprinting and Level II background screening.
