Warehouse Clerk IShift Monday-Friday 3:30 pm -12:00 amJob DescriptionThe Warehouse Clerk I will be assigned to the general Distribution Center team to provide administrative support by performing routine office or clerical support tasks according to well established company procedures. Will perform cross-functional duties within the Distribution Center to support the workflow and operation flow. With new process continue coordinate with process SA team and Receiving team daily for incoming merchandise to check daily volume.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include The Following (Other Duties May Be Assigned):Provide daily report for incoming merchandise by categoryProvide QC failures/daily reportProvide chargeback and warning reportKeep in track weekly QC failureKeep in track TOP samplesProvide up-to-date QC reportsProvide daily recapsDeliverablesMaintain filing system for all retained documentsPull various production reportsPerform data entry to create, update, or change recordsSort incoming mail and distribute to appropriate recipientsComplete tasks as required by the department manager/supervisorsKnowledge, Skills, and QualificationsMust be able to read, write, and speak English fluentlyMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsBilingual English/Spanish requiredMust have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookMust be well-organized and have the ability to multitask.Experience in a large-scale warehouse/distribution center environment preferred, but not requiredMust be able to work a flexible schedule which may include working weekends, graveyard shifts, holidays, etc.Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentMust be able and willing to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., perform frequent repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pullingMust be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computerSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNo supervisory responsibilities.CompetenciesTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
