Digital Partner Head, Taste Texture & Health Business Unit

Shape and lead the Digital & Technology strategy for the TTH Business Unit, translating business priorities into impactful digital initiatives. As true Business Partner in this strategic role, you'll drive innovation, orchestrate a multi-year roadmap, and deliver measurable business value while partnering closely with senior leaders across a global organization.

Your key responsibilities

• Act as the Digital & Technology leader (CIO/CTO) for TTH, fully understanding the business strategy, its value drivers, and where the business intends to win across markets and capabilities
• Translate business strategy into a clear digital vision and roadmap, defining what needs to be delivered from a technology, data, and platform perspective to enable growth, innovation, and efficiency
• Take an end-to-end view of the value chain, from innovation to go-to-market, identifying where digital, data, and AI can create the greatest impact and competitive advantage
• Assess the current technology landscape and define target state architectures, ensuring the right balance between leveraging existing capabilities, scaling best practices, and introducing new solutions
• Lead and orchestrate the Digital & Tech portfolio, ensuring prioritization and execution are fully aligned with BU needs while also representing and embedding global D&T strategy
• Drive large-scale business transformations, including ERP and AI initiatives, positioning them as business transformation programs rather than purely technology deployments
• Foster strong collaboration across a complex matrix organization, working closely with Global Functions, GOEs, Manufacturing, and Digital teams to ensure alignment, scalability, and reuse of solutions
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on engagement, spending the majority of time shaping direction and value while also ensuring clear translation into actionable plans and execution discipline

You bring

• Extensive experience in Digital & Technology leadership, including acting as a business partner or CIO/CTO-like role within a business unit or complex organization
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand strategy, value drivers, and end-to-end value chains (including go-to-market, supply chain, and operations)
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into digital strategy and execution, including roadmap development and value realization
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, particularly ERP and enterprise-wide digital transformations, with a strong focus on business outcomes
• Solid understanding of modern technologies, including digital platforms, data, and AI, with the ability to identify when and how to apply them pragmatically
• Ability to operate effectively in a global matrix environment, balancing business unit priorities with enterprise-wide objectives
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work across functions, align stakeholders, and leverage broader D&T capabilities and delivery organizations
• Hands-on and pragmatic mindset, able to move between strategic thinking and operational execution, ensuring ideas are translated into tangible results
