Responsibilities Assist people with personal hygiene. Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred. Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills. Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors. Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
