Dental Assistant

Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Dental Assistant role is based in Las Vegas, NV. The Dental Assistant will support the dentist chairside during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, set up instruments and materials, and ensure strict compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols. Daily responsibilities include assisting with biomimetic and biological procedures, taking and organizing patient records, updating charts, and helping patients feel informed and comfortable before, during, and after treatment. The role also involves managing instrument flow, ordering or monitoring supplies, coordinating with the front desk as needed, and contributing to a calm, organized, patient‑centered environment. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in Dental Assisting and familiarity with chairside support for restorative and biological procedures. Knowledge of Dentistry, including basic diagnostic and treatment concepts relevant to general and biomimetic care. Understanding of Dental Care and Oral Care best practices, with a focus on patient education and preventive guidance. Proficiency with sterilization techniques, infection control standards, and OSHA/CDC guidelines. Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or equivalent state‑required credential, with valid CPR/BLS certification. Excellent communication skills, professional bedside manner, and the ability to support patients who may be anxious or seeking second opinions. Comfort working in a fee‑for‑service environment; experience with charting and basic dental software is preferred.
