We are currently seeking a meticulous and insightful Remote Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for uncovering trends and turning complex data into actionable insights that will help shape our product strategy, improve customer experience, and drive business growth. This is a Full-Time, remote position based in Texas City, Texas, United States, offering a competitive hourly wage of $25 - $58 USD, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. Your key responsibilities will include: Collecting and interpreting data from various sources, including sales, website analytics, and customer feedback, to identify patterns and trends. Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality. Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, marketing, and product performance. Analysing customer behaviour and purchasing patterns to support marketing campaign optimisation and enhance the user experience on our e-commerce platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to provide data-driven recommendations. Presenting clear and concise findings to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all company reporting. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with a strong analytical mindset and proven experience in a data-focused role. Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and databases (SQL, etc.). Proficiency in statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.). Advanced skills in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex information to a non-technical audience.
