As a Tour Guide you will get to understand the story and history to share with our guests.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Deliver a company-approved presentation to large groups of guests, ensuring accurate and engaging storytelling.* Serve in various host roles, including reception and front-desk support.* Support and assist with special events and on-site programs.* Provide guests with directions, information, and on-site assistance as needed.* Respond to guest inquiries while delivering a welcoming, memorable customer experience.* Maintain a high level of professionalism in all public-facing and customer service interactions.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:*** Must be at least 18 years of age.* Public speaking experience preferred.* Ability to memorize and confidently deliver a detailed 10–15‐page tour script.* Must be dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional.* Strong customer service and leadership skills.* Willingness to work in all weather conditions.* Ability to lift and carry boxes or inventory items up to 50 lbs.**WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:** At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
