Estimator

We are seeking a motivated Estimator to join our team in West Palm Beach. This is a full‑time, in‑office position offering competitive pay and opportunities for career growth. Key Responsibilities Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate estimates for labor, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather pricing information and finalize bids. Provide detailed proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements. Track historical project costs and update estimating databases for continuous improvement. Support project managers with pre‑construction planning and budget analysis. Requirements Proven HVAC estimating experience, including commercial and/or residential projects. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation processes, and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and time management abilities.
