Join our dedicated outpatient team, where patient-centered care is our top priority. In this role you will directly report to the Market President and play an important part in delivering high-quality clinical support to our patients.
Job Functions
- The Associate Operations Director helps develop and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility.
- Works closely with Clinic Manager and dyad partner as well.
- Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s).
- Leads multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health Administration or another related field.
- Or in lieu of Bachelor's degree 10+ years of Healthcare Administration/Leadership Experience, with a minimum of 2 years Valued Base setting experience.
- 2+ years of progressive supervisory experience in providing oversight for multiple physician practices or healthcare clinics.
- 4+ years of management experience.
- P & L management experience.
- Efficient in Microsoft software including Excel Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experienced with electronic medical records.
- For this role you are required to travel to Louisiana and Mississippi. Local travel is required; Mileage is reimbursed.

Pay Range: $104,000 - $143,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
