Warehouse Specialist Location: Sacramento Company: Citadel Roofing and Solar is a well-established fast‑growing fully integrated roofing, solar, and energy storage company with more than 30 years of contracting experience. In all cases, reliable execution and customer service are at the heart of our operations. Responsibilities: Prepare and ship material from the warehouse / arrange for all deliveries Receive all material shipped to the Warehouse by vendors Conducts/participates in physical inventories to verify stock and losses Loads and unloads delivery trucks (receiving stock and/or filling orders) Maintain manual and electronic documents, files and records (such as purchase orders, receipts, delivery logs, inventory, etc.) Operate warehouse equipment as needed (hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, etc.) Research order discrepancies with the appropriate department and/or vendor. Ensure that incorrect deliveries and/or damaged material is returned appropriately and timely Assist with status of delivery, invoices, billing, etc as needed Actively assist in keeping the warehouse organized and clean Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent desired Bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not required Warehouse/Purchasing experience desired; receiving, stocking, storing Ability to maintain safe and clean work environment Communicates and works well with others Excellent customer service skills Ensures all processes and procedures are followed Attention to detail Forklift experience. Forklift certification helpful but not required (we’ll certify you) Strong computer skills Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test Compensation and Benefits: Citadel Roofing and Solar offers a competitive compensation package.
