Licenses & Certifications Required

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Active New Hampshire medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) for expedited licensure
• DEA required
• ACLS required
• BLS required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Epic experience required

Practice Details

• Hospital-based Operating Room setting
• 9 operating rooms
• Approximately 2030 OR cases per day
• Adult patient population
• Case mix includes:
• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Urology
• ENT (including some pediatric cases)
• Vascular Surgery
• Thoracic Surgery
• No cardiac anesthesia
• No intracranial neurosurgery
• Supervision of CRNAs approximately 3 out of every 5 working days
• No resident supervision
• EMR: Epic

Additional Information

• Coverage needed due to provider deployment overseas
• Endoscopy, OB, and Cath Lab anesthesia services are managed separately and are not part of this locum assignment.
