Preconstruction Manager - Commercial Construction

Preconstruction ManagerA well-established and national general contractor is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join their Scottsdale team. This role will lead the preconstruction process on a variety of commercial projects (largely education, municipal, & healthcare), working closely with clients, design teams, and internal operations from early concept through GMP.Responsibilities:Lead budgeting, estimating, and cost planning efforts across multiple projectsManage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope alignmentPartner with clients, architects, and engineers during design developmentDrive value engineering and cost-saving strategiesSupport project handoff to operations teamsQualifications/Requirements:5+ years of preconstruction/estimating experience with a commercial General Contractor - ideally education, municipal and healthcare projectsStrong understanding of commercial construction (ground-up and/or TI)Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and client-facing skillsAble to work in the U.S. without restrictionWhy Consider This Role:Established pipeline of local Phoenix workCollaborative, team-oriented cultureOpportunity to learn from and grow with one of the top companies in constructionCompetitive compensation, benefits & perks
