New York Licensed Clinical Director

Leading a state-based mental health practice, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Director will manage clinical operations, drive utilization, and build a high-performing team of therapists and psychiatrists while maintaining clinical supervision and oversight in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee clinical operations for a pod of 30-50 clinical FTEs, providing supervision and mentorship to staff Drive patient access and operational performance, ensuring high utilization rates and managing referral flow Implement innovative programs and maintain clinical quality while achieving revenue growth and operational targets Required qualifications Active clinical license (LCSW, or PhD/PsyD) with board-approved supervisor designation and Medicaid enrollment 5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health settings 3+ years of leadership experience in clinical operations or practice management Experience in pediatric or adolescent mental health settings Strong business acumen with proficiency in data management and analytics
