Warehouse Worker (Medical Supply Distribution)
We're hiring Warehouse Workers to support a fast-paced medical supply distribution operation in Shepherdsville, KY. This role plays an essential part in ensuring hospitals, healthcare facilities, clinics, and patients receive the products they need. Team members will be responsible for processing returns, sorting inventory, picking orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a high-volume distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages, cartons, and inventory from trailers and delivery vehicles.
- Sort, scan, inspect, and process returned medical products following company procedures.
- Accurately route products and materials to designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Stage, stack, and move inventory throughout the facility.
- Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying counts and organizing inbound and outbound shipments.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as trained and authorized.
- Maintain quality, inventory accuracy, and productivity standards.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous warehouse, distribution, production, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages throughout the shift.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Preferred:
- Experience in returns processing, inventory control, order picking, or shipping and receiving.
- Experience working in a distribution center or logistics environment.
- Forklift, reach truck, or pallet jack experience.
- Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.

Work Environment
This position is located in a large medical supply distribution center in Shepherdsville, KY. Employees will work in a clean, fast-paced warehouse environment handling inventory that supports hospitals, healthcare providers, and patients across the country.
The role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, and moving throughout the warehouse. Team members will work around conveyor systems, palletized inventory, material handling equipment, and shipping areas while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.
Physical Requirements

- Repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and carrying
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
