Details Pediatric outpatient therapy setting with occasional adult inpatient coverage Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist Active Minnesota SLP license required if applicable Additional Information Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric outpatients with some adult inpatient coverage as needed Required to work holidays as needed by the facility Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of signing the contract Must complete Livescan fingerprinting in person in Minnesota on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date, per Minnesota state requirement Candidates must live at least 25 miles from the facility Former permanent staff must be separated from the facility for at least 9 months before returning as a traveler Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted, with no RTO allowed during the first 2 weeks of the assignment All RTO requests must be disclosed and approved at the time of submission American Traveler Job ID P-747204.
