As a consultant in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions. Client Contributions Provides project management support to multiple medium‑sized projects or one larger more complex project. Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements. Supports all aspects of the project execution including chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management, and reporting. Facilitates resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control. Ensures consistent application of all standard project management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project life cycle. Solid ability to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans. Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials. Interacts with clients acting as a key liaison between business and technology areas. Internal Practice Contributions Build internal network for career growth. Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates. Required Qualifications You have a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience. You have 2 years’ recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience, where you built client relationships that resulted in trusted advisor activity. Preferred Skills You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification. You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; configured platform (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations. You have impressive communication skills and the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership. You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible “can‑do” attitude, and a results‑driven commitment to success. You have strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue and risk management. You have the ability to travel up to 50 %.
