Physical Therapist Assistant

Position Overview:

We're hiring full-time Physical Therapist Assistants to provide in-home care in either Montgomery County or Prince George's County, Maryland. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on PTA work that actually makes a difference — and you'll be doing it on a schedule you help build. This role is a good fit for PTAs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients.

What You'll Do:

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the direction of a supervising PT, following the established plan of care
• Deliver rehabilitation services focused on mobility, strength, and balance
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Communicate patient progress to the supervising PT
• Coordinate with our clinical team on care planning
• Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

What We're Looking For:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Maryland (or eligible)
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Home health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you carry a solo caseload
• WellSky experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Service Areas:

We're hiring more than one PTA for this role. Each therapist works either Montgomery County or Prince George's County — not both — so you'll have a defined territory close to where you live. Home base is our Silver Spring office.

Montgomery County : Silver Spring, Bethesda, Rockville, Gaithersburg, and surrounding communities

Prince George's County : Hyattsville, College Park, Laurel, Bowie, Greenbelt, Beltsville, and surrounding communities
