TriCities Hospital in Hopewell, VA is seeking new graduate Registered Nurses for our structured Nurse Residency Program. As a nurse resident, you will transition from student to professional RN with the support of experienced preceptors, educators, and a collaborative care team. You will build core skills in patient assessment, medication administration, documentation, and coordination of care while delivering safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing.
