CNC Laser Operator

Location: Spring Valley, IL
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals of Ottawa & Morris is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Laser Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Spring Valley, IL.

Job Responsibilities

Operate CNC laser equipment safely and efficiently
Fix and secure parts to jigs and fixtures
Perform spot welding as needed
Conduct visual inspections and quality control checks
Follow air filter production processes and visual checklists
Complete computer logging and production documentation
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Identify and report quality or production issues

Qualifications

1+ year of CNC, manufacturing, or related production experience preferred
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and observation skills
Ability to follow work instructions, checklists, and quality standards
Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
