Could you be our next Stepdown Nurse at Bryn Mawr Hospital?

As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the 14 bed unit, your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of their Patient Experience. As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for the Stepdown/Progressive Care (PCU) patient population.

This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status.

Become engaged by joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown/PCU

Shift: 36 hrs per week, Nights (7pm-7:30am) OR Day/Night Rotation (up to the candidate which schedule they prefer); Weekend rotation required.

Experience: One year of recent Telemetry or Stepdown level Nurse experience required. Recent Stepdown experience preferred.

Education:

• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
