This role is all about building strong customer partnerships, delivering exceptional service, and finding opportunities to grow existing accounts. We’re looking for someone who knows how to earn a customer’s trust, anticipate their needs, and turn great service into long-term business success.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing customers
• Grow revenue by identifying new freight opportunities within your accounts
• Manage day-to-day customer needs and coordinate reliable freight solutions
• Negotiate rates, manage expectations, and ensure exceptional service
• Identify opportunities to expand customer partnerships through additional lanes, freight volume, and services
• Collaborate with operations and carrier partners to keep shipments moving smoothly
• Monitor account performance, solve problems, and drive customer satisfaction and retention
