Event Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in restaurant or hotel event sales, with a strong track record in event-specific sales
- Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments for at least 3 years
- Ability to build relationships, drive bookings, and meet revenue goals through proactive networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math aptitude for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Flexible schedule with availability aligned to event and restaurant peak volume times
- Proven ability to manage, lead, and motivate a small team
Event Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in event operations and hands-on execution of on- and off-site events
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitive hospitality landscape
