Job Title: Direct Support Professional — Personal Care Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Provide respectful, dignified personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Support daily living activities and encourage participation in routines and community outings
• Lead and support exercise and activity programs to promote wellness
• Administer or assist with medication passes according to training and protocols
• Observe, document, and report changes in health or behavior
• Build trusting relationships and promote positive, person-centered care

What we’re looking for:

• Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
• Experience with personal care or direct support preferred; training provided
• Basic medication handling and first aid training (or willingness to be trained)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to client safety and dignity
• Valid driver’s license a plus (for community activities)
