Program Management Intern

Genmab

Genmab seeks a program management intern to support drug development portfolio execution through cross-functional coordination, timeline tracking, and operational planning. The 10-week summer role, based in Princeton with hybrid scheduling, offers hands-on experience in biotech project management and governance processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across cross-functional teams
Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and manage action item follow-ups
Coordinate communication between core and sub-teams to ensure alignment
Gather and analyze program data to support development strategy and goals
Create presentation materials and reports for senior leadership and governance committees

Requirements

Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Effective independent and collaborative work capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Interest in drug development and program management
