Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineering / Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution and delivery of multiple AI and Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives .

The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day delivery activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of AI solutions .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and automation initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting .
• Coordinate with architects, developers, business teams, and client stakeholders .
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, and delivery standards .
• Track project milestones, business outcomes, and value realization .
• Provide executive-level status updates and proactively drive issue resolution.
• Manage multiple AI projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery quality and timelines.
• Identify delivery risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project delivery experience as an Engineering Leader.
• 3+ years of experience leading AI initiatives .
• Strong understanding of:
  • AI / GenAI solutions
  • Microsoft AI ecosystem
  • AI governance
• Experience managing multiple concurrent AI projects .
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills .
• Familiarity with:
  • Microsoft AI Foundry
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Microsoft Power Platform
  • Agile delivery methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master , or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs .
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise environments .
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.
• Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive successful program outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an AI Engineering/Delivery Leader who combines strong program/project management and engineering leadership experience with practical knowledge of AI/GenAI and the Microsoft AI ecosystem .
