CRM Marketing Manager

Owning customer lifecycle marketing across 12 markets, the full-time remote CRM Marketing Manager will build and optimize automated campaigns, improve customer retention and reactivation, and leverage data to enhance overall marketing performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage customer journeys for onboarding, activation, retention, and churn prevention Build and optimize automated CRM campaigns using platforms like Mailgun, Braze, or Klaviyo Analyze CRM performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize customer engagement strategies Required Qualifications Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing Hands-on experience building automated customer journeys Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle strategy Experience managing CRM across multiple markets and languages Knowledge of email deliverability and campaign quality assurance
