Job Title: Sit-Down Forklift Operator (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $23.50 per hour Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team in Kent, WA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity , with the potential for permanent placement after 3 months for strong performers. • Monday–Friday
• Start times: 6:00 AM or 8:00 AM
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Overtime required as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklift (Toyota/Mitsubishi) safely and efficiently
• Load and unload freight directly from delivery docks
• Scan incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners
• Read and interpret billing manifests and shipping documents
• Accurately record product weights, measurements, and other details by hand
• Perform general warehouse duties, including physical material handling

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of sit-down forklift experience required
• Experience with freight loading/unloading preferred
• Familiarity with RF scanners and shipping manifests
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear and legible handwriting skills
• Ability to perform physical work in a warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Dress Code:

• Long jeans required
• Steel-toe footwear required
• No sweatpants
