As an Entry Level Construction Management Technician in the Aviation Services Group, you will provide a broad range of assistance and support to Resident Engineers, Project Managers, Planners, and Construction Managers. The position can be based out of any of our New England offices (Burlington, VT, Chelmsford, MA, Manchester, NH, Portsmouth, NH or Yarmouth, ME).

You will:

• Assist Project Managers, Resident Engineers, Planners, and Construction Managers with airport construction projects
• Perform field observation and documentation of contractor activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Maintain daily reports, project records, and other necessary documentation
• Assist with review and processing of shop drawings, RFI's, submittals, and change orders
• Take part in meetings with clients, contractors, and other interested parties
• Produce simple drawings, tracings, maps, and technical computations to describe and report on observed construction operations

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• AS (BS preferred) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field
• OSHA-10, or ability to obtain
• Ability to perform tasks that involve moderate to strenuous physical activities such as walking, climbing, reaching, bending and lifting
• Salary is contingent on experience
