Engineering Equipment Operator

Job Title
The main duties of this position include:
- Operating a variety of types of heavy equipment to excavate, backfill, grade, or level earth to specifications on projects like repairing and maintaining trails, roads, canals, tunnels, dykes, and work on construction sites.
- Moving earth on various terrain including moderate slopes, graded curves and shoulders, rocky or soft ground, vertical drop-offs (<10ft), forests, and other surfaces with similar rough features.
- Meeting service policy in operating and maintaining equipment.
- Making repairs to building and facility electrical systems such as lighting and power fixtures, wiring, fire or water alarm systems, and emergency power systems.
