The Wellington at Springfield, a premier retirement community in Springfield, MA, provides quality care to residents in an INDEPENDENT LIVING, ASSISTED LIVING, MEMORY CARE community.

Schedule: Part-time, Weekends

Life Enrichment Coordinator Responsibilities include:

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
