Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is Santander's global division that supports some of the world's most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customized services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs. THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is looking for a Cost & Budget Analysis & Control Analyst I based in our Boadilla del Monte office .

As a

, you will perform costs analysis and allocations, and work proactively to propose processes improvement initiatives to maintain the cost situation of the business under control. You will prepare cost reports and work with units and countries to ensure a global vision.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

· Cost management

· Cost estimation

· Preparation of budgets

· Financial analysis

· Data Collection and Reporting

· Budget monitoring

· Determining calculation of costs by product and country

Professional Experience

• Beetween 1 and 3 years of experience if possible in Business finance, internal audit, costs management, management control or accounting.

Education

• University degree education and specialization through master's / postgraduate is also valued.

Languages

• Fluency in English (Required)

Hard Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Excel

• Knowledge of Phyton or others programming languajes

• Fluency in English

• Knowledge of AI—primarily Copilot—to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Soft Skills

• Communication skills

• Teamwork / collaboration

• Problem-solving

• Critical thinking
