Service Coordinator

Service Coordinator - 3326USA:TX:Beaumont | Shop & Field Service Support | Full-TimeResponsibilities of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:Schedules and dispatches shop field service techniciansAssigns duties to service techniciansPrepares quotes on service jobsEnters sales orders for service jobsOrders parts for service jobsAssigns labor to service jobsInvoices service jobsEnsures that service jobs are progressing according to scheduleAssists the Shop Manager on the evaluation of service techniciansInspects service jobs to verify conformance with company standards and/or customer specificationsMakes sure that service technicians perform duties according to company safety policyQualifications of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:Experience in pump service and fabricationEmployee management experienceAbility to motivate team and accomplish goalsAdditional Information:Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50lbs Working Conditions: Shop Environment Training/Certifications: N/A Shift Time/Overtime: Must be able to work ot as necessary Travel: N/A Education: High School Diploma Required.DXP offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time regular employees, normally working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, and additional supplemental benefits.
