This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong expertise in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial chiller systems in large facilities such as hospitals, airports, government buildings, and industrial commercial buildings. Experience working with JCI, Trane, Carrier air cooled and water-cooled chillers along with LG/Mitsubishi modular chillers is highly valued. Overtime as required with frequent Saturday work.Required Qualifications:Willingness to relocate to the Cayman IslandsMinimum 5 years of chiller experience in commercial Air Conditioning/chiller serviceStrong experience with chiller systems, large central plants, and commercial equipment. Centrifugal is advantageousProven troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skillsFactory trained experience with JCI, Trane, Carrier, and/or LG modular chillers preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDrivers LicenseRelevant trade certifications are preferredClean Police record
